GUAVA LEAF TEA – HOW I PREPARE IT! 🌿✨

Guava leaves aren’t just for the fruit tree – they’re packed with powerful nutrients and antioxidants that can offer many health benefits, especially for digestion, blood sugar control, and immunity. Preparing guava leaf tea is super simple, and it has a mild, refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

  • 5-7 fresh guava leaves (washed thoroughly)
(If you don’t have fresh, you can use dried guava leaves – about 1 tablespoon.)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or lemon slice for extra flavor

How I Prepare It:

  1. Wash the Leaves:
Rinse the guava leaves well to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Boil the Water:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
  3. Add the Leaves:
Once the water is boiling, add the guava leaves.
  4. Simmer:
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes to extract all the nutrients.
  5. Strain & Serve:
Strain the tea into a cup. You can drink it plain or add a bit of honey or a lemon slice if you like.

How Often I Drink It:

  • 1-2 cups daily, especially after meals, to support digestion, control blood sugar, and boost immunity.
