  • 15 g (0.5 oz) sesame seeds
  • 15 ml honey
  • 130 g (4.6 oz) dark chocolate, sugar-free (min. 85% cocoa)
  • 20 ml olive oil

  1. Soften the Dates:
    Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if they’re dry, then drain and blend into a paste.
  2. Chop the Nuts & Seeds:
    Roughly chop the almonds, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds. You can toast them lightly in a dry pan for extra flavor (optional).
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    In a bowl, mix the date paste, cranberries, oats, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and honey. Stir well to form a sticky, chunky dough.
