
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (the riper, the sweeter!)
- 1 cup milk (any milk: cow, almond, oat, etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness โ can skip)
- 1/2 cup oat flour or rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or coconut oil (for greasing)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- Mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract (optional) to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- Gradually stir in the oat or rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and lump-free.
- Grease the Pan:
- Lightly grease a non-stick pan with butter or coconut oil.
- Cook the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the greased pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook on the lowest heat for 25-30 minutes (check with a toothpickโit should come out clean).
- Cool & Flip:
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then gently flip it onto a plate.
Optional Topping Ideas (No Sugar):
- Drizzle with a little honey (optional)
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- Add sliced bananas or nuts on top
