  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 5 tablespoons water (egg replacer)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats or oat flour
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or cumin (optional for flavor)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking (optional)

  1. Prepare flax egg: Mix ground flaxseed with water and let sit for 5 minutes to gel.
